Although splendid, this was originally ordered as a birthday gift for my daughter who constantly travels. However, she said it was more suitable for experienced photographers. It is very bulky and designed to fit on a tripod. I ordered the Canon 990 instead because much easier to use for inexperienced photographers and it is made of a narrower compact size that could easily fit into her handbag and she absolutely loves it.

Given that the A460 is only up to a maximum of ISO 400, you would think that the pictures taken quite a noise would be free. In reality, the noise seems to be a step behind the competing products. ISO 100 images from the PowerShotA460 seem like they were recorded at 200 or 400 setting. Things have improved over the years, with picture noise reduction in most camera models, but unfortunately, the A460 is not quite kept pace.

Canon IXUS 95 IS Review

The Canon IXUS 95 IS introduces a new three-pocket cameras from Canon in spring 2009. Looking through the properties offer three models, there is not much difference between them to vote. The IXUS 95 IS is the cheapest of the three. The main reason is that they do not offer high-definition movie mode, you will find on the other two models. If this is not important to you, you're likely to find, this model offers a little bit better valueMoney than other important factors such as features and quality are otherwise quite similar.

You should have no problem fitting the IXUS 95, is in a pocket. Because, if it comes to how the camera sees, I say, it has a fairly standard design. Canon somehow manages to make their digital cameras, the little bit classier than other brands. This can be helped by the glossy, reflective surface around the lens. Looking through the list of functions, there are not too many that fall into the eye. To start with have 10 megapixels. Another pleasant surprise was the number of times. It only took a little more than a second to the IXUS 95 is turn up and take the first shot. This exceeds all other digital cameras I've tested.

I just traded in my Kodak V550 to get serious about learning how to take great photos, and I am so glad I did. I did a lot of research to try and find a camera that I could learn from and still took great photos, and the SX20 IS was the winner, even though I really wanted a DSLR. I made a great choice! I'm still getting the hang of the camera, but have turned out so many great photos that I could NEVER get with my Kodak. The HD video is a great feature to have with my growing toddler and my desire to capture her precious moments. The weight is fine for me and doesn't affect my rating for it's portability. I'll be travelling soon, and I am so glad that I chose this over the DSLR because of well portability! Can't wait to learn how to use this camera at its FULL potential!

The Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS3 is a full-featured, compact digital camera with full high definition video recording built-in. The new Lumix ZS3 features 10.1-megapixels, a 25mm ultra-wide-angle lens and 12x optical zoom, meaning it has added 2x optical zoom to the award-winning TZ-series camera, yet reduced its size.
